Technique: weave

Braiding of stainless steel wire mesh: plain,twill or dutch

Features: resistant to acid, alkali, high temperature, strong strength and abrasion

Application of stainless steel wire mesh: sieving and filtration in circumstances with acid and alkali, such as slurry mesh in petroleum, sieving and filtration mesh in chemical and fiber and acid mesh in electroplating. We can make upon customer’s request.

This is the most commonly used style of weaving. Every second wire is woven in warp and weft wires run over and under each other alternately and interlook.

Twill woven stainless steel wire mesh:

In case where increased wire thickness is required in relation to the aperture size, which yield in the weaving process cannot with stand, this style of weaving is chosen. At least two wires are woven in pairs, subsequently diaplace  a single wire.
